Flood of June 2008

Hope, Indiana - Two blocks from the historic town square, Haw Creek flood waters sweep under the Jackson Street bridge during the June 7 flash floods that ravaged Bartholomew County. Two men from Hope died in separate incidents on flooded county roads. The flooding broke the previous county record set in 1913.
